AS-BUILT SURVEYS
Typically this type of survey would be for submission to the local authority or project supervisors on completion of a construction project. For a housing development the as-constructed survey requirements vary considerably from one jurisdiction to the next, so bearing this in mind we can minimise the cost to the Contractor. For infrastructural projects the as-constructed survey is usually quite thoroughly specified, and it’s very important to meet all the requirements, as failure to do so may result in payments to the contractor being delayed.
